What can I use for free?

What does Stack Pro add?
Pro helps you choose your next set with Smart Targets, load the bar with plate calculations and repeat a set from your iPhone Lock Screen. It also adds weekly coverage targets and plan adjustments, progress photos, guided one-rep max tests, Gym Mode, exercise replacement suggestions and more themes.
Do I need an account or internet at the gym?
No account is required to log workouts, and your workout log works offline. Optional iCloud sync uses Sign in with Apple. Buying or restoring Pro requires access to the App Store.
Does Stack collect analytics?
Usage analytics and crash reports are off until you choose to share. Change either choice in Profile → Privacy & Data. Stack has no ads and does not sell your training data. The privacy policy explains what these optional reports include.
Can I use Stack on iPad?
Yes. Stack 2.0 supports iPhone and iPad running iOS or iPadOS 26.2 or later. Lock Screen logging and Dynamic Island features are for compatible iPhones.
