Purchases and Pro

Do I have to pay now?

No. You can keep logging workouts, reviewing your history and using the muscle map and basic trends for free. Stack Pro adds optional training tools, with monthly, yearly or lifetime access.

Eligible early users keep Pro at no extra cost. Stack checks your original App Store download to confirm eligibility. If you expected Pro and do not see it, open Profile, then Purchases, and choose Restore Purchases with the Apple Account you used to download Stack. Contact us if access is still missing.

How do I restore Pro?

Open Profile, then Purchases, and choose Restore Purchases. You can also restore from the upgrade screen. Use the Apple Account that made the purchase and make sure you can connect to the App Store. If access is still missing, contact us.

How do I cancel a subscription?

On your iPhone or iPad, open Settings, tap your name, then Subscriptions and Stack. Follow Apple's cancellation options. Deleting the app does not cancel billing. Apple's cancellation help.

Can I request a refund?

Apple handles payments and refund requests. Request a refund from Apple. Eligibility depends on Apple's policy and applicable law.

What happens when Pro ends?

Your saved training data remains available. Free logging, history and exports continue to work; Pro tools require active access.

Your training data

Can I move my log to another device?

Use Backup & Transfer in your profile to export a backup, or enable optional iCloud sync. Progress photos have a separate photo backup. Keep copies somewhere safe before changing devices.

How do I turn off analytics or crash reports?

Open Profile → Privacy & Data and turn off Usage Analytics or Crash Reports. Both are off until you choose to share. Read what those reports include.

Can I train without an account?

Yes. Your workout log works offline without signing in. Sign in with Apple is only needed if you choose optional sync.
